Refund & Returns Policy

30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, as long as it is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.

How to return an item

Email us at support@phonecasegallery.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply with simple instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 working days to your original payment method. We’ll email you to confirm once it’s done.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs.
