How much does delivery cost?
Standard UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Express options may be offered at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Standard UK delivery typically arrives in 2–4 working days via Royal Mail.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If international shipping becomes available, we’ll announce it here.
Returns & refunds
What is your returns policy?
If you’re not happy, you can return any unused case in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@phonecasegallery.co.uk with your order number and we’ll send you simple return instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.
My case arrived faulty — what now?
We’re sorry! Email us a photo and your order number and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.

How do I find the right case for my iPhone?
Use the “Filter by Phone Model” option in the shop to see only cases that fit your exact iPhone, from the 11 to the 17 series.
