Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your PhoneCaseGallery order. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, no reason needed.

To cancel, contact us at info@phonecasegallery.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, including the standard delivery cost you paid.

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we'll sort it immediately.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@phonecasegallery.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the item (where possible)

We will offer you a full refund or a free replacement, your choice. We will also cover any return postage costs.

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@phonecasegallery.co.uk with your order number and reason for return

  2. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible

  4. Post it back to us using a tracked service (we recommend this for your protection)

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made items (e.g. cases made to your specific design or with your own photo)

  • Items that have been damaged through misuse after delivery
